ROOM HIRE PRICES AND FACILITIES
Clements Hall aims to provide a range of spaces and facilities for hire by the local community, voluntary organisations, charities, social enterprises, the public sector and businesses of all sizes.
Prices are per hour and are set as a range, so as to make them as affordable as possible to unfunded individuals and voluntary groups, and especially for any activity which is open to community participation, yet reasonable also to allow the Hall to make enough income to be financially sustainable. Clements Hall is a registered charity which receives no revenue grant-aid or funding from any source, and is entirely dependent upon the hire of its rooms and facilities for all its income.
Prices are guidelines only and discounts may available for longer periods of hire (eg. half-day or full day). Clements Hall is not registered for VAT.
